I am wandering whether all the races of the world comes from a particular origin or more than one origin. If that is so, could we categories the major races into a few original sources ?

Do we all belong to the same origin ?

  1. Scientificly, humans consist of multiple subspecies. Funny that the first

answerer states that the leftist political tract that there is only one race is

scientific. The belief that there is only one human race is caused by the

desire to disrupt the fundamental logical truth that different entities are not

necessarily equivalent. That desire is a mental focus of crude blind seeping

oneness. That desire is the cause of political far-leftism in general. That

desire also causes the bahavior of stating the polar opposite of the truth,

because nothing disrupts the truth more than it's polar opposite. The

people that have that desire typically do not want others to know about it.

There are multiple homo sapien subspecies. There were the original homo

sapiens, the homo sapien sapiens, who originated in or near what is modern-day

Ethiopia, at about 60,000 years bp. The homo sapien sapiens spread outward

from there, hybridizing with various indigenous non-homo-sapien species,

adapting to particular environments, and randomly diversifying. The various

hybridized and adapted forms constitute the different subspecies.

There following are pre-homo-sapien species that hybridized with the

    homo sapien sapiens:

    1. A species that is part of the modern khoisan, and some paleomongols.

That species had narrow eyes, an epicanthic eyefold, a wide mouth, a small

wide upturned nose, no nose bridge, a flat face, and brow ridges. That species

was the most likely source of the epicanthic eyefold of east asians in general,

though most east asians do not have the other traits of this species.

    2. A species that is part of the modern paleonegros and australoids. That

species had a large wide nose, facial prognathism, a robust front of the jaw,

minimal nose bridge, and brow ridges.

    3. A species that is part of the modern siberians and related amerindians.

That species had very large jaw and cheek bones.

    4. The neanderthals of europe. That species had a prognathic convex jaw,

thin lips, minimal nose bridge, and brow ridges.

The homo sapien sapiens had a prominent nosebridge, lack of brow ridges,

    and lack of facial prognathism.

There are probably other pre-homo-sapien species. Unfortunately, there is

little study into such things. The leftists oppose such research, and many

researchers are intimidated by the leftists, and the racial supremacists don't

    care much about such details.

  2. We may all have been created by one God but we sure as heck don't belong to one race.  The characteristics of race are a LOT more than simply "skin color."  Its a question of genetics, protein/enzyme production (of which melanin is only one), and resistance/susceptibility to certain diseases.

Intelligence is also influenced by genetics.  But the degree to which it is, is quite honestly moot and doesn't translate into any real difference in brain power among the races.

That's my two cents on it, let the hate mail from the pro-diversity crowd commence.

  3. Actually, much of what has been said is based on original species of millions of years ago.  We need to remember that there may have been others that we have yet to find too.

But setting that aside, I don't think that we would recognize those original races which are actually species and species development.  What we need to remember is that race is a more modern and a micro evolutionary result.  The only reason that any of us look different is a combination of our bodies' abilities to adapt to our surroundings over thousands of years and natural selection.  If you look at any race and trace it back to it's nearest descendents in time, you will find that every part of their body is designed to cope with that environment.

Some examples of this are narrow slanted eyes of those who lived in snow for thousands of years.  (I know the orient is not very snowy, but this feature probably came from those in Mongolia during the invasions and migrations.)  This protects their eyes like snow goggles do.  Another example is the the eye color.  Those with darker eye color have more protection from the bright sun; whereas, those with lighter colors such as pale blues come from more northern areas of the world where bright sunlight was not as common.  The same is with skin colors and other racial features.

Those with lighter skin tend to absorb Vitamin E from the sun more easily.  But those from Africa don't need as much intake because they were in the sun more of the time.  However, those in Africa most often have a type of hair that allows breezes and such to blow through to the sweat and cools them more easily.  This is different than those in northern climates that have very thick insulating hair.  These are only a couple of examples, but I think you'll get the idea.

Of course, races are getting mixed even more today because the world is getting smaller everyday.  Our environment is also changing worldwide.  So, thousands of years from now, we may look different yet or all the same (relatively speaking).

  4. Scientifically, we're all one race.  The chromosomes are similar whether you're caucasian, asian, aborigine, african, or any other.  These are just minor variations caused by local conditions.

  5. Humans are like a virus, we all started from a single mutant cell and then spread.

That means one origin.  Race came later as we adapted to environment.

  6. according to the prominent theory in anthropology called the "out of africa" theory, our species evolved in africa then moved out to different locations. these different locations made our skin types, body types and other physical traits evolve to look slightly different but our MOTHER of MOTHERS was an african woman.

  7. They are two schools on this subject, one is an all out of Africa that says that our common ancestors were coming from this continent and then spread to the middle east, the orient and then come back to populate the Euro zone. The other one, which is a new comer in the field, suspect that there could be a chance that our first common ancestor originate from Asia (China for instance) and then spread to the rest of the world. But still there is too few data from the oriental zone to know for sure, but we begin to find new evidences that it happen something to our ancestors spread around the world, a something that can be hardly explained by the out of Africa theory...
