Question

I use Media Monkey to copy files from PC to Player but when I try to play them I get this message: "couldn't find any music to fix plug in to your pc software"

The player doesn't find the music I copied to it with Media Monkey.

Do I need another firmware? How do I know which one I have and how do I install a new one?
