I have to transport a cat in Ireland within two months and I don't want to install "under the skin" a dangerous microchip!

  2. Forget it,no chance.

    I heard things arent as strict now but up until recently it was taboo.Ireland has some of the stricted laws when it comes to transporting animals.

    "Rabies kills" used be the message.
