  1. no you can not...

    yes the police can, if you activate call trace after the call was made... dial *57 there may be a fee for this service, call 1-866-trace-4-u for more info on this feature..

    you can block private callers from calling you by activating ACR, pick up your phone and dial *77 you will hear the dial tone stutter to confirm the feature is activated. this is free with caller id service... any callers with private numbers will be instructed to dial *82 to unblock there number before dialing your number...

    to deactivate ACR and allow private callers to get thru dial *87


  2. um...not that i know of...that would be cool tho because that happens to a lot of people nowadays...the kids who are doing it are really immature!!!
