There are these tiny tiny bugs in my window screen and they?

can fly, I've notice them in all my windows, They seem to be biting me all the time, not to mention, they're always constantly going on my hair , can someone tell what these bugs are and how to combat them.

There is a small gnat that can go through a screen, its nickname is no-see-em.  They are mostly in northern America and Canada .  They have a very hard bite, and they are not easily repelled by bug sprays.  What we have found works best for most of these types of pests is a very small cup with a few tablespoons of apple vinegar and about a table spoon of dish detergent.  Just place the cup in a spot where it is out of the way, and check it a couple of times a day.  Oh, and close your windows whenever you can!
