There are these yellow stains on my bathroom wall...?

I think they have something to do with the poor ventilation in the room. How do I get rid of them? (409 and bleach didn't work.)

Try steaming the room first and the try Sp!c-n-Span while U are steaming.  Good Luck!!

If you are a smoker then quit smoking.  The tobacco will stain.  Use what the others have suggested and if it doesn't work then buy a quart of paint and repaint.

use a treatment for the walls before repainting -talk to the clerk in the paint section.
