There are tornado warnings in my area. Should I be concerned if there is no wind or rain?

The alarms have been going off, but there hasn't been a tornado is this normal. Why do they go off if there is not a tornado? Will there always be hail, wind, and rain when a tornado is around? How often will the alarms go off if there is a warning in the area?

  1. BE VERY CONCERNED. THIGH DO NOT LIKE TO WASTE TORNADOES.

  2. Are there storms heading your way, like 30 miles away? The wind and /or rain may come later. Are they testing the alarms? Maybe something out there is triggering the alarms.
