You should call the nearest local public aquarium to ask if they could take it away. You mentioned that you have a saltwater pool, do yo live neat the ocean? Could someone have been pulling a prank on you and put it in there? Or do yo live near enough that the shark could have swam in at high tide or during a heavy storm?If you cannot get hold of the nearest public aquarium then call the fish and game department to ask for their help in this situation. If you call the police they will probably just kill it to get rid of it and many sharks are endangered.

I've heard of alligators going to a pool, but a shark?? Does it have some SeaWorld-like acrobatic skills that he used to jump from the ocean to your pool or something? Or did it rent a private jet until it found comfortable accommodations to live in?

But yes, call 911, or your local SPCA and let them take it from there. DON'T try to do anything about it yourself, and please do us all a favor and keep us updated. This is the most interesting question in the fish section I've seen so far :)

Its ok,

First: Just put a slit in your self, if you don't like cutting yourself, just go get a pack of beef that you'll find at any Major~ish grocery store. Then simply pour the blood found in the bottom of the pack all over yourself.

Second: Simply jump in to the pool and that shark will no longer be your problem...

okay don't panic just call animal control until then don't make it mad and if you have meat feed the meat to the shark to let it know that you don't want to hurt it but be careful just throgh the meat in from a good distace so you can see the shark enough to know where it is.
