  1. Okay, I've got the same exact problem with that stupid Anti-VirusXP 2008. To be quite honest, you're going to have to download Trojan Remover via www.simplysup.com. Once you do that, install of course, then scan. It should tell you all the trojans in your computer and ask you what you want to do with them and obviously you're going to want to Remove them. After you have installed, scanned successfully, and removed the trojans, I want you to download Ad-Aware via www.lavasoft.com. You're going to install that and Scan with SmartScan. Now, the Ad-Aware will take some time to scan but be patient. It should find the same virus again, but this time you should be able to delete it once and for all. Oh and about the blue screen as a desktop, open Trojan Remover, goto Utilities and then click the option that says "Reset Windows Explorer Policies."  Wah-la, your computer should be fixed. There are two Anti-Virus programs I will recommend : AVG by GriSoft and Avast Anti-Virus. Norton ******* sucks, excuse my language but it does. DO NOT USE NORTON. You can get Anti-Virus programs FOR FREE that are 100X better than Norton.

  2. you need to download the free spyware remover called "spy bot search and destroy" from the following. it will remove and solve the issue.

  3. You have even a worse issue  antivirus Xp 2008 is in itself a nasty program! Antivirus XP 2008 is a new rogue anti-spyware program that is advertised through Trojans and other malware.

Check here to get rid of it.

Then use SpyBot Search and Destroy to get rid of the rest of your issues.

Use a KNOWN good Anti Virus Program  like AVG, Avast, Kaspersky, even Norton or McAfee if you need but the one you have is a problem in itself!!!!!!

  4. try installing kaspersky or nod32 antivirus.update them with the latest definations..do a full system scan and reboot your machine..

  5. I got the same problem and it claims to have detected 419 viruses. I dont know what to do.. I cant trust any downloads at the moment..
