It is called Brown Bear Brown Bear what do you see?  It is actually a story that was authored by Bill Martin Jr and illustrated by Eric Carle.  The words are:

Edit - I recieved an email from another member saying I was violating the book's copy rights, thus I have removed the remainder of this answer with listed the word's as I can remember them.  I work in daycare and sing it on almost an daily basis and all of my children have brought home the little books about it they make in their class.  I guess a lot of schools, daycare centers, children, and adults violate the copyrights.

Omg! I haven't heard that in so long! It's a book called "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?" by Eric Carle. I used to love that book.

I've never heard it as a song, although I imagine you could easily sing it.

Its called Brown Bear, Brown Bear, and i could probably recite the whole thing for you my kids ask for it so much.

Brown bear, brown bear what do you see,

I see a red bird looking at me,

Red bird red bird what do you see?.....
