There is a disgusting pop-up of two people "dancing" as they go into debt, how can i stop it?

the pop-ups you are sending are wearyingly sad--people dancing as they go to ruin. can't you stop it? if they were having s*x acts with animals it would hardly be worse.

I saw that one and was waiting for the part where they hold hands and jump off the roof together when they realized how bad their financial situation was going to be.

I have pop-ups blocked and that still shows up so I think it is part of the Yahoo page not a pop-up. I think it is unstoppable.
