There is a electric company, it's name sounds like "unital" unitell", anyone know the right name???

The company I think you are looking for is Unitil. The previous answer is confusing it with Unitell (an E and two L's), which is a communications company, or maybe with Unitel (one L), which does chemical engineering work for refineries and other businesses.

Unitil provides electricity and gas, mostly in New England, so that sounds like what you are looking for.  Click below for their Web page.
