  1. Something is linked to that picture... an easy way to see all instances of a file is using your Search option from the Start Menu in windows.

You can search for a file name or a file type.

  2. unlocker should be able to help you it is a free program

Unlocker is the solution to the following types of Windows error messages

        * Cannot delete folder: It is being used by another person or program

        * Cannot delete file: Access is denied

        * There has been a sharing violation.

        * The source or destination file may be in use.

        * The file is in use by another program or user.

        * Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

    1. Simply right click the folder or file and select Unlocker

    2. If the folder or file is locked, a window listing of lockers will appear

  3. First try rebooting your computer to start fresh.  If you still are unable to delete the file and are familiar with DOS commands, then try this:

Start > Run and key in "cmd" (without the quotes) and press Enter.

Then key in ATTRIB  -R c:\folder\filename and press Enter.

This clears the Read-only attribute on the file.
