White, you'd be at the north pole and it would be a polar bear. Unless, for example, a koala or a panda had got very very lost :-)

The answer is supposed to be white.

The assumption is that if all sides of the house face south then the house is exactly on the north pole.

The nearest bears to the north pole are polar bears, which are white, but there is no evidence that polar bears have ever been as far north as the North Pole.
