There is a jerk that parks his truck across the street in a public parking lot and every day his alarm?

goes off, i mean its the worst one i have ever heard. its like some thing he made him self. should i put an end to it and do some thing like flatten his tires or just make it go off and wait for him to come out and tell him what i think

It is better to wait for him once, and try telling him that the alarm is very annoying if he can change it.

By the way, how come evreytime the alarm goes off you are there to hear it? If you are working nearby, then you can report it to the authority, because i don't think someone do really have the right to disturb others in such a way (only if is persistent). He can park his car in another slot where the alarm won't goes off often.

Report it to your council noise control and your local police.

Keep calling and calling. Give the numberplate to the police.

Leave polite but firm notes on his windscreen asking him to please stop the alarm going off or to have it fixed as it is disturbing the peace. Have a nice day etc etc

Don't get involved in pranks. Keep your nose clean!

Oh and keep an diary of dates, times and length of alarm time. Just quick jots so if asked, you have back-up.

Well, since it is Public parking, he has a right to park there. The best thing you can do is to CALMLY explain your concerns to him like "Your alarm goes off a lot and it is becoming a bother to me. Is there something you can do about it?"

what you should do is get your own car alarm that plays the "cukaracha" but louder than his and park on his front yard ad sound the alarm. and try to get king kong in your trunk

you can call the police, many people get fined for loud music and disturbances. and i'm sure a car alarm could count.

next time it goes off, call the cops, hes disturbing the peace..since its suspected to be homemade and all....lol

I would write a note explaining how inconcidererate he is and put it under his windshield wiper.

I had the same problem and was ready to write a note however, for some unkown reason, the 5:30 a.m. alarm stopped all of a sudden.  Maybe some body else beat me to it.

Just call the police and get it documented, do anything else like you were thinking of will put you in jail and it will really not prove anything.
