i called it, so i can get it when 30 days is up (on saturday) we've tried all our professional efforts to return the phone (which was left in a suitcase along with other personal items)

we've even called the phone itself and it's been turned off.

i've read that you can call the company it belongs to and they can return it to the owner. obviously, the owner doesn't want it or they would have claimed it after NUMEROUS attempts to contact them. They even had someone tell us they were going to come get it and they never did....sooooo

I have sprint too, can i keep it or no?

  1. yeah probably.

you just need to find out how to get your number onto that phone nd get it to work

  2. no, you cannot. The reason why they never came is because they probably reported the phone to be stolen and already recieved a new one through the insurance. I got my phone stolen last year too!

If you try to activate that phone, it'll be seen as stolen, and they'll take the phone from you, and you'll most likely get a ticket for posession of stolen objects.

Just return it to the company and see what they can do with it. I know how tempting it is, but its just not worth it.
