There is a person from my past who is LYING to the police?

and making up complete untruths about me. My court date has been put off for over 8 months now because there is NO evidence about me. This person is now living with my ex husband with whom I had a restraining order on, I live way over 500 miles away and I am happily remarried. How can I officially prove I was 500 miles away and this woman keeps making up stories about me. PS I do have proof from a gas reciept when she said I was near her house I was actually 300 miles away. It says the date and time. This woman needs to be stopped. ANY LEGAL ways I can help myself?

  1. Get a lawyer and sue for harassment


  2. She is right, sue her and try to get some type of restraining order against her.
