There is a picture from the sixties of a guy sticking flowers into the gun barrels of army men, where at?

I would like to know if this picture has a title and where it took place at. The guy is blonde and I assume that its the national guard during a protest.

Ah yes I remember that. I was in the US Army at the time that came out and once when our company was out in the German countryside on training maneuvers we stopper where a bunch of wildflowers were  growing. I picked some and went around and put a few into some of my buddies rifle muzzles and the platoon Sargent got so mad at me that he threatened me with a court martial.

I remember it well. and thanks for jogging my memory, both to the questioner and the link to that famous picture.
