There is a pop-block when ever i click on search drop down-list?

Question

what ever site i open and when i click on search drop down -list, it shows some pop-up block and a golden bar on top that shows pop-up blocked, to see this pop-up or additional option click here. and on click on that it will display settings and information bar.on clicking setting it opens 3 options 1.turn on pop-up blocker, show information bar for pop-up block and last one more settings

it's probably trying to open another window when you click in it.  there should be a setting to chose to open in another window or the same window, or just allow pop ups from that site
