There is a problem.how can I return them?

the model of my andycam is sony sr-300.I bought it not long ago.last night I wanted to delete one of the videos from show list of handycam but I choosed the wrong way and all the videos,that I really loved them,deleted.that videos were about my best day in my life.they were really important for me.I tryed to transfer them to computer many times but it's software CD doesn't work.now I just want to know I can return them?are the videos in the handycam's hard disk or I deleted them forever?if they are in the hard disk how can I return them?please help me.

Consult your manual.  There is probably an undelete function.   Most digital cameras and camcorders that save to hard drives and flash memory have it, but each one operates differently.  * If you took any video after the fatal delete, you might not be able to recover.

  The proper way to capture video from all camcorders (including hard drive camcorders) to a computer is to use firewire.
