There is a problem with my sons p***s need help

I took my son to the doctor today and he said my son had some kind of web inside my sons p***s whole and i have to see a urologist but i cant get one for a week i wanted to know if any one knew what it is? If this helps my son is 15

Are we thinking flesh web partially blocking the urethra? That would make sense and require a urologist visit, but it's the only kind of web I could imagine growing in there unless he's a very kinky little bugger. ;)

are we talking meatal stenosis where the urinary opening tries to seal, often a result of  circumcision?

or are you sure it wasn't penoscrotal webbing on the outside where the skin hangs down off the shaft due to an overly aggressive circumcision?

does your son have problems going to the bathroom?

I have heard before.

That the urethra with sometimes grow together.

Maybe that's what they are referring to?

The web could be where parts have grown together.

It would help if you could give us what the symptoms of the situation might be here?  I don't ever recall a doc looking down inside my p***s.  So I'm guessing there was a reason to do so?
