There is a purple sim card sign next to my text messages just recently. ?

Just recently when i go to the Inbox next the little mail thing there is a purple thing on top of the mail. What does that mean??

You didn't mention which phone you have. That would've been helpful. I suspect that the new icon means that your sim card storage for messages is at max capacity.
