There is a "butt hole" option on my Vista start menu and i dont know where it came from.?

How the heck did this get here and who do i delete it !?!?!?

Did someone change my registry name or something. I dont find it amusing at all !!!! How do i fix this c**p?

Hey! Someone must have gone on your computer recently and changed your system name. :P

Your system name is set to 'butt hole' lol. You need to go to Control Panel, users/accounts or something and then edit the account information from there. I don't know exactly how to do it, because I haven't used a windows box in about a year now. :P Macs all the way.

Did it not show you an "a$shole" option which re-directed to your picture?

You have named your administrator account's name as "b******e". Get to the control panel and go to the User Accounts page and change your name. It might work.
