There is a red sploch in my left eye... PLEASE HELP!!?

I have a red spot on the inner corner of my left eye. It takes up the whole corner, and its big and BRIGHT red... my sister says its a broken blood vessle or something, should I go to the normal doctor, or an eye doctor? I am really scared... please help me.

i think u shud go to the doctor straight away first and if its bad then theyll recommend u to go to an eye doctor

Don't worry, it's fine. Your sister was right, it's just a broken blood vessel. It'll clear up in a couple of days. I used to get them all the time- freaked me out XD

First don't worry. More than likely it is just a broken bloOd vessel.

Does your eye hurt, burn, or itch?

If it burns or itches it could be an allergic reaction or you could be getting pink eye. (pink eye is itchy, and annoying but clears up with some prescription eye drops)

If it is an allergy eye kind of thing (burns, itches etc) try some visine allergy eyes eye drops, and it will help.

If it hurts it could be episcleritis which is an inflammation of the eye. It clears up also with steroid eye drops and they will have you take an anti inflammatory like advil, (things with ibuprofen).

If it is still bothering you or gets worse as the day goes on, give your Doctor a call. Try not to worry!

Sounds like a burst blood vessel my baby was born with that due to pressure a doctor or eye doctor wont be able to do anything for it  I would just let it heal itself unless its painful

u have broken a blood vessel. but dw about it u rnt going to die or anything. just go to an eye doctor they will tell u what to do
