  1. Phil the Greek as you put it doesn't have a drop of Greek blood in his veins.

  2. HAHA,nice one Lemur,I know the law of averages would suggest that this could be so but, really, you are talking about Phil the Greek here. The fact that he has a love of the sea would indicate that there is more probability that he is decended from an African Queen.

  3. The Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth are second cousins once removed: they are both descended from Christian IX of Denmark.  As well as second cousins once removed, the couple are third cousins: they share Queen Victoria as a great-great-grandmother

  4. Aren't all the royal houses of Europe descended from queen Victoria?

  5. Charles II was popular known to have sired many illegitimate children throughout his life, so there are many of his descendants living today scattered around England. Although Prince Philip was formerly The Prince of Greece and Denmark, both him and The Queen share Queen Victoria as a great-great-grandmother. Although Queen Victoria was almost entirely German, she is still related to the House of Stuart. So technically speaking, all the royals whether Scottish, English or German are all related to one another. The late Diana, Princess of Wales, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and Sarah, the Duchess of York were all illegitimate descendants of Charles II, so Prince Philip was more than an "in-law" to these royal figures, but also, distantly related by blood.
