There is a security light on the dash of my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am that keeps coming on. what does this mean?

It means that the Pass Lock theft deterrent system is not working.

Specifically, a bypass has occurred, do you have a remote starter?;  something broke in that unit if so.

Either way, a dealer repair is required.

Careful - they might still be in your car somewhere!!! Check the trunk!!
