There is a small plot of land next to me.The builder isusing it to dump stuff?

can he do this.he has bricks, floor boards, bits of fence.he has no planning permission to build anything.

  1. Contact the city and ask them to direct you to the right department.What he is doing is illegal dumping and he can be fined  and made to clean up the mess.


  2. I would check with your area's rules/laws. I don't think that is safe and really does not have right to use it has a personal dump of building materials, but I would check with your county or city's officials just in case. Good luck! =D

  3. Check with your local city or county.  Many will not allow outside storage on vacant land because of the safety aspect, as well as local ordinances on cleanliness and such.

    If there is a local ordinance against it, they will contact him to stop using the land for storage.  

  4. It depends on the law in your area.  Where I live, you aren't even allowed a vehicle in your driveway unless it has legal plates on it.
