There is a virus on my computer and i dont know how to get it off?

I have two spyware things and system restore does not work so please help?!!:(

with security program scan for it and if it doesnt delete it, or cant, then find out where it is located (it will say) and open winrar and find the file and delete it yourself. if it is in registry than go to run in start and type "regedit" and find it in there.

like do you have pop ups and if so what are the web sites that the pop ups send you to.

What virus(es) do you have? Based on the information, spybot search and destroy (free program, google it.) should take care of it. If not, find Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, that's a good program as well. Other than that, there's not much to be done. What are the viruses doing?

Many times a trojan is thought to be a virus.  Try going to ccleaner.com and run the ccleaner program.  After that go to trendmicro.com and run the free housecall.  The spyware programs will not remove viruses.  You need an anti-virus for that, which housecall will work.  After you get it clean, install an antivirus such as AVG free.
