Its a non street legal display bike, Chrysler showed it off at a few auto shows some years back. This thing would be un ridable, you cannot lean a bike bike with dual tires.

If it's the one I'm thinking of it was built to show off the engine, never intended to be produced.  There was so much excitement over the bike they decided to make a few and sell them to the more enthusiastic customers.  The dual wheels actually slip past each other as the bike leans in the turns.  The real b-.-.ch is if you ever lay it on its side, you'll need a crane to set it back up.

It actually is ridable, and it is legal.  It is just not affordable.  I think Chrysler built 3 of them. Leno has one.
