If you are serious and are asking this question which I doubt 'cause of the capitals.  It is a scam, at best you will be 2,300 quid worse off, at worst you will be alone penniless and on the not very nice streets of London 2,300 quid worse off.  You do not have to pay for work permits or visas for the U.K. they are given on merit and the company that guarantees them pays.
