There is gum stuck somewhere

There is gum stuck somewhere in my dishwasher drain line. The water won't go down. I took the inside apart and can see the hole where the drain water goes. I disconnected the drain hose under the sink. I got the water to drain out when there was alot in there, but now it won't drain again. I blew compressed air from a compressor backwards through the hose and it makes a big splash and bubbles inside the dishwasher, but the water still won't go down. I put Boiling hot water and vinager in there too.
