There is mold or algae on the side of my house...what can i do?

this is normal, most likely it is on the shady side of the house.

we have to bleach and scrub or pressure wash the shady end of our home every summer

You shouldn't use bleach if you have vinyl siding. Either use a soap and water solution sprayed on and brushed to loosen, then rinsed. Or as previously mentioned, rent or purchase a pressure washer and simply pressure wash it off. This should be done at least every couple of years depending on the severity of each case.

get a sprayer thing that you can hook up to ur hose that has a container, these are mostly used to spray chemicals and stuff aroundt he house, but add bleach to this and spray it on the sides of the house and it will eat up the mold and make it clean

throw bleach at it, bleach is a very effective killer.

bleach was used to rid a monkey house in reston of ebola a very horrible virus. if it could do that it can kill simple things such as your problem.

kill it with bleach. try to keep that area dry and the algae will die on its own.

rent or buy a power washer and some house cleaner liquid (sold in home depot) and wash it off then rinse.  i just did this myself on the shady side of my home and it worked great.
