Could it possibly be that westerners have totally destroyed their ways of life and continue to do so. Nothing good has come of this war yet Bush and his "allies" will not leave. And once they do the people of Iraq will be left to pick up the completely destroyed remnants of their life.Thankgod for people like Jack C. any resentment towards the west is in my opinion, completely justified.

isn't answer too obvious and clear. you are bound to hate anyone who would invade your home (country i mean), kill your people and trigger blood shed everywhere. Westerners acted like butchers specially Americans. Iraqis and Muslim collectively are bound to hate them forever now. the story is eternal.

Because the Iraqi's are no different than we are.

The only difference is that we do not get to see or bury their one million innocent dead.

We do not see or experience the horror of the thousands of grotesque birth defects caused by depleted uranium like the Iraqi mothers do.

We have our towns and houses and buildings, we do not see the total devastation our illegal occupation has wreaked on an entire country.

Our children are injured playing sports or being stupid, not blown to bits and passed off as regrettable collateral damage.

We are outraged that a few Americans have been beheaded or otherwise executed, but authorize and defend torture as a matter of routine in their country.

I can only assume that much of the information you get about Iraq comes from one or more of the Corporate "News" sources. I would recommend getting your news online instead.

I would have no reason to ever ask this question.
