I myself have spoke with the dealers owner along with his serv manager and the person from independant service over the phone. the dealer asked me to go to the independant service and ask them to test drive the car , and call him back. I went there and the independand mech have told me the same as he told the owner of the dealer. HE TOLD THE OWNER THAT THEY HAVE OVERTIGHT THE NUT WIICH DAMAGED THE DIFFERENTIAL BEARING. WE WENT BACK TO THE DEALER HE WANTED ME TO LEAVE THE CAR THERE BUT I DID NOT TRUST HIM .THE DEALER MANAG. SAID THAT SINCE THE CAR HAS 80000 MILES WE HAVE TO REPLACE THE WHOLE DIFFERENTIAL, WHICH WILL COST US $3000. HE DID SAY THAT NISSAN DOES OT SELL PARTS BUT ONLY WHOLE UNIT. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE INDEPENDANT SERV , DEALER MANAG, OFER THE IND SERV TO TAKE THE CAR IN THEIR SERV AND HE WILL COME THERE , THE INDEP SERV HAD TO TAKE ALL PARTS APART TO PROOF TO THE DEALER THAT IT WAS THEIR FAULT.BUT EVEN AFTER THAT HE DID NOT AGREE , DIFFERE BEARING WAS CRASHED ,
