Prior to the start of his side’s Champions League campaign, Jose Mourinho has issued a warning towards Madrid’s opponents in Group D.
According to Real Madrid’s head coach, Los Blancos are the team to beat across Europe. Jose Mourinho has exclaimed that the nine-time European champions are a force to be reckoned with, hence their opponents need to keep this in mind at all times.
Despite his side’s struggle in the Spanish La Liga, Jose Mourinho is convinced that his players make up the strongest side in the group stages of the Champions League.
The Portuguese mentor also hit out at Manchester City for overspending in the transfer market and stressed that money cannot buy titles or history.
Los Merengues have already dropped 8 points in the Spanish Primera so far, however, the Whites are still considered great contenders to win La Liga and the Champions League.
