Question:

There is nothing going wrong in my entire life any longer, and yet i'm miserable. how can i fix this?

i'm a girl, sixteen. i can't stop myself from getting like this. and feeling worthless/ upset over problems that aren't even really there.

how do i stop this?

  2. It could be that nothing is going right either.  By that I mean the way you want it to, exactly.

    Maybe you feel as if you are somewhat hiding and you need to let yourself out.

    More detail would be nice, but I don't want to ask for more because maybe that is all there is to be told.  And if that is the case I agree with the other answer.. you should talk to someone else.

    But my personal advice is to try and do things you normally wanted to do but were too scared, embarrassed, or just thought it wasn't your style.  This could be anything from going to the water park, or dressing a certain way, or talking about certain things.. etc.

    But you do know nothing bad is happening.  Which could very well mean that nothing good is happening either.  And you could be miserable for that reason.

    And I really don't know if I should be asking this or not but you also said "any longer" it would be nice to know what happened before.  Maybe you have regrets.  It's not good to feel remorseful for too long.
