Well you say that you look at each other and you want to be friends..you might want to try talking to her.

1.If you pass her smile!If she makes a good expression then you know that she wants to be friends too.If she didn't, she either didn't notice you, or doesn't want to be friends..anyway.

2.Next time you see her and you have enough time to talk to her, introduce yourself, she will automatically do the same.After, you've had a small conversation. Tell, her you have to go and that you'll see her later.

and if u se she atleast smiles a bit or expression is good one, then u stand a good chance,,

to make her ur friend ,only way is to approach her and ask her ,whether she wanna be friends,,
