There is pain about an inch below my bellybutton when i have to pee. usually when i wake up

when i wake up and sometimes during the day i have pain an inch below my belly button. and it doesn't even fell like i have to go. then after i go my in sides are sore in my lower abdomen region.

You might have a bladder infection, but it's hard to diagnose over the internet. I recommend seeing a doctor.

Take a glass of equal of milk and drinking soda

for few weeks

You may have a small hernia there.

To be diagnosed you'll need to see your doctor & have a MRI done.

My adult son has the exact same problem & he was told it is a hernia, but it is rather small & they want to wait a year, retest & see if it is getting any bigger.

Because of the size the doc. feels it'll be just fine for the time being.
