Australia has tough rule on working there.  You can not have a job that one of it own people can do and is need of that job.

you can not apply for a job on a vistors visa, they will eject you from the country for trying it.

you can go here and check if your job would be avalible for you and they will allow you to apply frrst before coming there.

I hope you have more than a visitor's visa then because they have very strict border control.
