Easy jet I cancel a flight and they said to me that all the expenses pagarian to me, that ascended to £325, after to have protested only pay £90 to me, where I can go to protest, thanks

  1. There is not much chance to protest, when you bought the ticket you agreed to their terms and conditions. If you cancelled the ticket because you didn't want to/couldn't fly at that time then they won't refund much. I think you can only claim back the taxes from easyjet, not the price of the ticket. Try calling the number on their website to discuss with them, but good luck... budget airlines operate on the principle of once sold no refund!


  2. This seems to be a case of one side not understanding what the other side is saying. Putting your obvious language difficulty to one side for a moment it may be that you can get help from a travel association such as ABTA but it is doubtful. My experience with EasyJet is that somewhere in the ticket details there will be small print detailing the procedure and penalties for cancelling flights and in taking the action that they took is in line with the "small print".
