There is stuff hanging from my frogs mouth and it not rabies

i got 5 frogs and yes they are all the same leapord frogs and i have 1 specific frog that has like once every 5days has this stuff hanging out of his mouth and i dont no wat it is plz help

Skin shedding? Once every five days might be the time it sheds it skin.
