Cat that visits our house every night and meows at our windows all night long. It's this really nice cat who lets you pet her (its a girl) and pick her up and stuff. But the problem is.........my little sister is highly allergic to cats and has gone to the hospital a couple of times for her allergy. My mom feels bad for it because it likes us so much and won't leave us alone....it has even caught mice for us and put it by our window as a trophy! What should we do with the little guy? My dad has scared it off like 3 times, and my mom a couple of times, but it is really dedicated and determined to stay with us....any advice?

  1. not to be mean spray her with water...

don't give her food (not to be mean) she will stop hunting and rile on you to feed her all the time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Oh dear, that is a dilemma!

Since the kitty is catching mice for you, my guess is that her owner has either neglected or abandoned her.

Rehome her ASAP. As a last resort, take her to an animal shelter. But be aware that many are full up and so may not be able to take her.

Good luck, and bless you for being concerned.

  3. Oh Ban,  So sorry this happened,  Poor kitty.

First please give her some food and water.  Then get on the phone and report a found cat to the animal shelters in your area.

Someone could be looking for her and she can't find her way back home.

Try walking the neighborhood and asking if anyone has lost there cat as most cats stay in a five mile radius of home.

Some of the local newspapers allow you to advertise a found pet, free.

If none of this works just beg your parents to keep her as an outside pet.  You could care for her without it effecting your sister.  Good luck to you and the little girl.

  4. Awwww what an adorable kitty! (I LOOOOVE cats, I have a big fat one at home XD) Maybe you should just separate the cat from your sister. You can still spend time with it, but it seems that your parents don't really want it. Just make sure that every time that cat comes that it doesn't get too close to your sister. :( I want that cat, btw..
