  1. It means you are running a lot of processes and your computer is making more virtual memory so it can take it, try to exit some application so that won't happen again, its not bad if thats what you are asking

if you want to change it:

    Right click on my computer.

click on the advanced tab, click on settings in performance

go to the advanced tab, and on the bottom where it says virtual memory click change

you will see "initial size" and "Maximum size"

change them to the number of mbs of RAM you have on your comp

  2. Go to http://www.popup-remover.com

I use that program. It works very well.

Block pop-up ads and remove spyware .

  3. If it says it's increasing your virtual memory, it means the computer is increasing the size of your pagefile. This is similar to RAM, except it's on the hard drive. It's an additional place to store temporary data such as a picture or video you are viewing on the screen. In order to view things like that you need to store the data somewhere, in your RAM or hard drive. So I wouldn't worry about the pop up; all it means is that you're running a bunch of programs or processes and to have enough space to store the temporary data, the computer tries to make more room.
