I'm guessing that the plastic drain tube is clogged, and if so, how do I get at it to clear it?

  1. if it's an older fridge, have you actually pulled otu the drawer to look at/near the defrost unit? nearly every fridge i've ever had leaked out onto the floor (instead the pan) and they all shared this one single common trait.

  2. You can see the tube running down the back of the unit if it is a top freezer.  Check to make sure the drain tube is dripping into the pan and hasn't been pushed aside.  Try going here for some more suggestions:  http://www.repairclinic.com/0088_4_1.asp
