There was a starter deck created from yugioh gx based around red eyes what is it?

there is a starter d**k based around red eyes i know because when i was younger i bought it but cant seem to remember the name of it it was one of there decks with 40 cards and they where all based around red eyes its not joey deck but some other character can some one please tell me the name of the character and deck

It was not based on a character, the character was based on the deck (In the original Japanese, the game is placed on a higher priority than the anime, and so they released the deck as a standard theme deck for the game, and the deck was later adapted to be used by a character in the anime.). In any case, the deck is called Dragon's Roar, and features the Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon.

Sadly, I do not know the character's name off of the top of my head. I believe it's That Obelisk Blue girl's brother.
