There was a strange creature in my friends backyard.?

He claimed it had skinny arms and green scales and horn like ears it stands on two legs i have not seen it but my friend explained it like that.

its probably a lizard, research the lizards in the area and see what fits

Was it a Raichu?  The evolved form of a Pikachu?  Just kidding that description is kind of vague.   Also the location where you live may help narrow it down.  Plus what about its size?   How did it move?

there is one desert lizard that is large and horned and when he run, he goes so fast he only runs on 2 legs.
