There was a toy set in the mid-90's. They were soldiers with vehicles, realistic equipment, etc. What was it?

Not GI Joe, obviously. These were really small. They were numerous and had realistic looking weapons, vehicles, etc. I can't remember for the life of me what they were called.

  1.   they came in two sizes and were called the Ultimate Soldier. you can still find them at Toys are Us. they had the small about 4" sets and the large 12" sets and had the best detail of any ever issued. They came out from china thru Alameda Calif. and flooded the market witht he 50th anniversery of WW-2. They are still made, just not so many. They even had bullets in their guns.
