Theres 2 nationaly recognised co.both make their own products have idea for 1to sell other how do i get paid?

company A makes a product. .company B makes a product .i have an idea for company A to make for company B that will surely help company B set it side from their competition and increase sales how do i go to cmpany A with my idea for company B and get paid a commission without them just stealing my idea?

even if company B doesent want to deal direct(which there competition might) my idea is marketable but dont think patentable thank you!

Go to company B and Offer to sell them the service for X amount of dollars. Write a contract and get everyone to agree in principle to it (Verbal Agreements)

Then go to company A and offer to Buy product or service for X amount of dollars. Write a contract and get everyone to agree in principle to it (Verbal Agreements)

Then have both contracts signed the same day. Have company A ship directly to company Bonce product is complete.
