Theres a giant fly in my window!!?

It came in my house when i went into the garage and it zoomed past my head and landed on the screen. I hurried up and closed the window and now its stuck between the glass and the screen in my window. Should i let it sit there and wait for it to die or should i take a chance and open the window and spray it with ant and roach spray? I cant spray it from the outside because my window is place over the hedge.

Open the window and have a something ready to catch it with (A cup works well). Once you have caught it, carefully reach into the cup so that it doesn't escape and grab it. You should then eat it. This is probably a horse fly because of its size. They are extremely delicious despite the fact that it is not a traditional food in the West. However, in some African countries they are considered delicacies. Enjoy!

You said it's stuck between the glass and screen door. Why don't you open the glass door slightly and push the screen door fully back. Then close the glass door so the fly can fly back outside.
