  1. I believe it means there are two sides to every story. The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, and lies.


  2. To me it means there is really no "truth" because if you examine the "truth" there is bound to be a lie somewhere.

  3. It depends on your interpretation.  I would say that it means that there are two sides to every story, and if you say something that you would consider true deffending your side, another person would say you were lying.  

    It might also mean lying by omission or not telling the whole truth.

    it could be a ratio like 4 people die every minute and 6 people are born

    it could mean that if you told the truth it doesn't mean there aren't other things you haven't lied about
